IHOD

I've been thinking. I'm going to give IHOP a run for its money. I'm going to open the first of what is sure to be a sweeping, multinational chain of eating establishments.

The International House of Doughnuts.

Because here's the thing. Doughnuts are GOOD. No matter which cultural or ethnic traditions they derive from. I went to a Mexican restaurant on Sunday and had their churros - which are described as Mexican doughnuts. Absolutely delicious. I also used to go to this Chinese buffet (where I vaguely remember standing on a chair and singing Total Eclipse of the Heart, strangely, but I digress) when I was a kid. I spent a majority of time at the buffet next to the Chinese doughnuts. Also delicious. The French? I'm sure they have some doughnuts that are TRES bien. Just some research needed, but I think I can make it work.
