On another note, I went and had a Dairy Queen blizzard yesterday. I chose the blizzard of the month because then they give you two punches on your "Blizzard of the Month Free-quency" card. Two more and I get a free blizzard! Anyway, the blizzard of the month was Kit Kat. I love Kit Kats, and I love crunchy things in my ice cream, but it was not so good. Don't try the Kit Kat blizzard.

DO try the Publix brand Buckeye ice cream. It's limited edition. Go quick! Stop reading this stupid blog about doughnuts! Go to Publix! It's peanut butter ice cream with fudge swirls and buckeyes (chocolate-covered peanut butter sugary balls of goodness). Delicious.

I suppose it was a special NCAA championship thing, since the Ohio State Buckeyes played. I was planning to throw my support behind the Buckeyes, because my friend (you know who you are) said she'd make homemade buckeyes. I asked my Florida friends what they could offer me for my support, but they only had stuff like "friendship" or "sincere appreciation." Sorry, kids, but I'm not buying it.

Anyway, the homemade buckeyes never arrived, so I played Switzerland during the game.

My wife got me the Buckeye ice cream as an afterthought, and it was well worth the wait. So go try it.
